MODERA DOUGLAS STATION II

Modera Douglas Station's second phase consists of an eight-story building and features a five-story parking garage on the west side. A pool deck and three stories of apartment homes are located above the parking structure.Named for its proximity along the Douglas Station MetroRail stop at 3760 Bird Road, the community is situated in close proximity to two major Class A office hubs.
